Supermarket chain Kwik Save will be placed into administration at noon today with 90 stores closed and 1,100 jobs lost, after a judge in Manchester's High Court gave approval to a partial rescue plan.The fate of the remaining 56 supermarkets, accounting for over 500 staff, hangs in the balance as Kwik Save directors work on finalising a rescue package which would see them rebranded as FreshXpress.
