Land Securities has made a decision for its Trillium business, it is to go into partnership with the German property company Lindner Group. Trillium will then move into Germany's PPP market.Lindner Groupis to act as Land Securities Trillium's local partner. The Lindner Group is one of the largest issuers of closed end funds in Germany with over 55 funds and 34,000 individual investors. Land Securities choose Lindner Group in order to take advantage of its excellent relationships in the German PPP/PFI arena and its insight into property partnerships.
