Lawrence, the industrial group, is looking to streamline its operations. The first expected event is the well flagged sale of its pets accessory business, Interpet, which could be worth 60p per share. Lawrence is considering all options including a trade or venture capital sale. Blackfast Chemicals, a provider of systems and products for chemically blacking metal is also likely to be sold.
