West Yorkshire's five councils will make a decision soon about the sale of Leeds Bradford International Airport. They are currently considering whether to sell a 51 per cent controlling stake in the airport or whether to sell the whole business. Accountants Enrst & Young who are advising on the sale are expected to send out information to prospective buyers in November once a decision has been reached. Leeds Bradford is valued at over £100m and flies over 300,000 passengers a month to Europe, Africa and the Carribbean.
