Legal & General Ventures is thought to have appointed the investment bank NM Rothschild to review strategic options for its Craegmoor residential care business. The review is understood to be in a very early stage, with no decision expected until the second half of the year. Legal & General bought Craegmoor in 2001 for £320m, and the business's most recently available set of accounts show revenues of £174.64m and an EBITDA of £16.06m.
