India's fifth largest software exporter HCL Technologies is to agree to acquire UK-based BPO firm, Liberata Financial Services, for an undisclosed amount. When the sale has completed HCL will have acquired four delivery centers in the UK with 800 professionals, with domain knowledge and technical expertise.
