The sale of nursing home operator Life Style Care (LSC) is understood to be underway after advisors NM Rothschild distributed information to potential buyers last week. Those who received the information pack are thought to include rival healthcare groups Barchester Healthcare, Bupa, Southern Cross Healthcare and Four Seasons. Head of Four Seasons Paul Taylor has been quoted as saying that his company would definitely be making an offer, and Bupa and Southern Cross are also tipped to submit bids. LSC operates 23 care homes in the South East of England.
