Linde plans to sell UK industrial gas operations

Linde, the German industrial gas company, is planning to sell its current UK industrial gas operations as a result of its acquisition of BOC, the listed UK industrial gas company. The takeover of BOC is expected to be complete by the end of July 2006. Linde may also dispose of its Polish industrial gas operations.
