UK lingerie company Myla, is considering a potential sale, according to reports. Owners Duet Group, the hedge fund, private equity group Octopus Asset Management, and private investors including Daniel and Leo Gestetnerthe, have hired Cavendish Corporate Finance to advise on strategic options. The move comes after the company received takeover approaches. A potential asking price of £25m has been estimated for the company sale, which expects £7m sales for the current year.
