Greene King is thought to be mulling an offer of up to £70m for Loch Fyne Restaurants. Loch Fyne has yet to appoint an advisor regarding any sale it has been reported. Pubs are interested in buying up restaurants in the wake of the smoking ban which might hit sales of traditional pubs. Loch Fyne has 35 outlets.
