Colliers CRE has acquired Locum Consulting Group, the Haywards Heath-based consultancy with 20 staff, for £2m. Locum is a specialist consultancy practice, advising owners, managers and developers on strategies for regions, cities, event venues, leisure parks and artistic and cultural attractions in both the public and private sectors. The deal is in the form of cash and shares which will be paid over the next three years. Locum staff will remain at the current headquarters as well as building a prescence at Colliers' locations around the UK.
