London's Marriott Hotel - Business Sale

London's Marriott Hotel, which commands room prices of up to £950 a night, has been put up for sale by its Japanese owners with a price tag of £100m. The hotel is owned by Adachi, a Japanese property group. Sanwa Bank has been appointed to advise on the sale. The Langham Hilton, opposite the BBC in Portland Place, is also on the market for about £200m.
