The New Connaught Rooms, one of London's most prestigious connference venues is rumoured to have been quietly put on the market by Choice Hotels. Based in Great Queen Streeet in Covent Garden, The New Connaught Rooms has over 30 conference, seminar, banqueting and meeting rooms and has annual revenues of around 8 million pounds. The lease to the historic building is thought to have about 20 years left to run.
