Liminar, the listed UK leisure company, has announced its plans to either sell or demerge its Entertainment division following a review. The company stated that the entertainment division does not form part of its future strategy for late night, branded units. Luminar have already tried unsuccessfully to sell the Jumpin' Jak and Chicago Rock Cafe establishments, and sales at these venues have been in decline.
