Luminar, the UK nightclub operator, could attempt another sale of its Entertainment division in the future. However, according to a spokesperson, the company has taken measures to maximise the unit's value, after recently failing to secure an attractive offer from suitors. According to the company's preliminary results for the year ending 27 February 2005, the Entertainment's unit generated sales of £97m and an earnings before interest and tax result of £20m.
