Maurice and Charles Saatchi have been unable to sell their business, M & C Saatchi, believed to be priced at £100m. They are now intending to float the business on the junior Alternative Investment Market later this year. Rival groups have said they thought the valuation of the business was too high, and should have been priced at around £50m.
