Macro 4, the listed UK the software and document management systems company, would consider a trade sale if offered a 'justifiable' amount, financial director Graeme Gordon has been quoted. He emphasised, however, that the company is not actively seeking a buyer. Macro 4 has been approached in the past by potential buyers, Gordon confirmed, but the offer was too small even to be considered.
