Outdoor advertiser Maiden Group has received several takeover approaches. The company was put up for auction in December after creaching its banking covenants. Maiden's management team own more than 50% of the business, but there have not yet been any MBO bids. Maiden is Britain's fourth-largest outdoor advertiser.
