Go-Ahead has acquired Marchwood Buses, the Southampton-based bus and coach operator with 51 vehicles, for £3m stg plus £1.4m stg of net debt (to be assumed on completion), in order to expand its Solent Blue Line subsidiary.The deal sees Go-Ahead reaching critical mass in the Southampton region, a company statement said.
