Prospective bidders are believed to be interested in acquiring Marks & Spencer, after the retailer recently reported disastrous results. Bidders could include US buyout firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and UK entrepreneur Philip Green. Kohlberg was recently linked to a possible bid for another struggling retailer, J Sainsbury.
