Following our comments in the August issue that Marylebone Warwick Balfour, the UK property business, was considering options for its boutique hotel businesses, its Chairman, Richard Balfour-Lynn, has said that his ultimate aim is to break up the whole of MWB by the end of 2008. The group also includes the thriving MWB Business Exchange, with its 55 serviced office units.
