TV producer and publisher Ten Alps has acquired McMillan-Scott, the business-to-business publisher with 250 staff in London, Macclesfield and Manchester, for up to £12m. McMillan-Scott is a specialist contract publisher catering for the not-for-profit sector. The deal consists of an initial cash payment of £10.2m followed by a further £1.75m subject to McMillan-Scott reaching a profit target.
