UK educational products supplier DKL would entertain serious offers for the company despite the fact that it is not actively for sale, according to managing director Kai Hawaleschka. Hawaleschka, who does not have a succession plan in place, said that a possible buyer could be a foreign supplier looking to enter the UK market. DKL's turnover in 2006 was £5m.
