The property group Minerva, which was put up for sale in July, has asked 15 bidders to submit initial offers by 6th September. The bidders are thought to include Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs as well as rival property companies Land Securities, British Land, Hammerson and Liberty International. All 15 companies have been given access to certain financial information. The more commercially sensitive details will only be released to those who make it to the second round. Second round bids could take place as early as the end of September.
