Uk-listed IT group Misys has reportedly been approached by an Australian software company and a US software company about the sale of its risk assessment technology division Risk Vision, which could sell for up to $34.77m. Misys has recently sold its general insurance business for $316m but is no longer looking for a buyer for Sesame, its subsidiary providing technology and support services to UK financial advisors, due to a lack of high offers.
