Morgan Grenfell Private Equity - Division Sale

Morgan Grenfell Private Equity is to put a package of 70 pubs up for sale, including the Dome chain of cafe-bars, following its £1.6bn acquisition of Whitbread's bars division. Its investment will be renamed the Laurel Pub Company, and it will be left with 2,493 pubs.
