Next Generation, the health and fitness chain that operates the Harbour Club in Chelsea, and has JP McManus and John Magnier, the Irish horse racing millionaires among its shareholders, has confirmed it has had several offers if interest from potential bidders. Next Generation, who are being advised by UBS, is aiming for about £200m from the sale. The chain may be split into an operating company and a property group. Next Generation was founded by David Lloyd, the former British tennis star.
