Patricia Driscoll, the new CE of Northern Foods, has begun a strategic review of its businesses that could result in non-core divisions being sold off. Last year the company lost a lucrative contract with J Sainsbury. The company also produces the St Marks line of products for Marks & Spencer and could well come under pricing pressure under a new, tougher regime there.
