Interactive Prospect Targeting, the direct online marketing group, is to sell off its UK businesses as well as one of its French divisions after a strategic review.The decision was made after the review concluded that IPT's UK businesses were performing below management’s budgets.Interactive is also in discussions with its banks over its financial position in order to continue trading as a going concern.It is understood that the firm is in talks with potential buyers for the UK divisions.
