Parasol, the Warrington-based accountancy outsourcing company with 80 staff, has undergone a £24m management buy-out and plans to expand its workforce to 110 over the next few years. The buyout was sponsored by Inflexion Private Equity. HSBC provided a £12 million leverage package, whil Inflexion provided £9.4 million in equity.
