West Sussex-based pasta, sauces, gravies, stocks and soups manufacturer, Pasta Reale, has appointed Grant Thornton to explore trade sale options. Pasta Reale was founded in 1979 by Salvatore Lopalco, his wife Virginia and Virginia's brother, Roberto Santi. The business is believed to now have annual revenues of around £30m.
