Persimmon, the UK's largest housebuilder, has put subsidiary Torwood Homes up for sale. It acquired Torwood Homes when it purchased Beazer for £537m. Persimmon considers the business, which could be worth up to £25m, non-core. More than 20 parties have expressed interest.
