Pubmaster plans to raise £150m by selling Wolverhamton & Dudley's brands and brewing division which includes such famous names as Marston's Pedigree and Bank's bitter. Pubmaster intends to sell the operations as going concerns but separate the ownership of the four breweries from the brands.
