Philip Reichmann has put his £900m property portfolio up for sale. The son and nephew of the brothers who built Canary Wharf, Reichmann's company O&Y Properties Corporation includes some of the family's most famous buildings, such as the 72-storey First Canadian Place in Toronto. Reichmann has said O&Y Properties has created all the value it can the portfolio should now be in the hands of long-term investors such as institutions.
