Rentokil Initial plc has confirmed that it is exploring the possible disposal of its Manned Guarding business which provides services in the UK, North America and Belgium. Manned Guarding is a high quality business with good market positions and a strong management team. However, the company believes that there may be other parties whose strategic focus and/or investment priorities will mean they are able to realise the full potential of the business.
