Rentokil Initial, the UK-listed support-services group, may sell its tropical plants division. Rentokil has just agreed to sell its Style Conferences business to a group of Marylebone Warwick Balfour directors for £325m. Counterbidders are unlikely to come forward and the deal is expected to complete within a fortnight.
