Spanish technology group Amadeus is reported to be moving towards a sale of Opodo, its online travel agency, after implementing a restructuring of the business's management team. The new system will pass more control to local managers, and a number of senior staff will leave the company by mutual consent. Opodo, which reported losses of €22.8m on a turnover of €145m in 2005, is understood to be worth over £100m.
