Riva Bingo to be valued at £30m

Riva Bingo, the UK bingo-hall chain, is set to hit the market valued at a minimum £30m. Owner Luke Johnson has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers to look into a sale of the business through his private-equity house, Risk Capital Partners. An RCP spokesman confirmed it had been asked to review the future of the company but would not elaborate further.
