Royal & Sun Alliance has received approaches from unnamed parties interested in buying the group's Swedish and Danish operations. The company, which has a major UK base in Liverpool city centre, said it was reviewing its options over the future of the units. Over the past 12 months RSA has been shedding subsidiaries to cut its risks and conserve cash.
