Kall Kwik, the quick-print business owned by Irish printing group Adare, is rumoured to be up for sale after a source claimed to have seen an information memorandum for the franchise. Speculation over a possible sale began last month when Kall Kwik and the Prontaprint franchise were not included in the rebranding of Adare's operations. Last week, Prontaprint was linked to a possible £50m sale to Boundary Capital, the Irish investment group. Kall Kwik has a turnover of £63m.
