Amcor, the Australian packaging giant, is to sell all or part of its European PET bottle operations following a strategic review. The business has a significant presence in the UK, and turns over around £1.2bn per year. Managing director Ken MacKenzie confirmed that the sale process is underway, and added that he expected it to be complete within the next six months.
