Sale of Wolters Kluwer begins

The sale process for Dutch educational publisher Wolters Kluwer is thought to be underway after reports that sale details have been distributed to potential buyers. The company has a price tag of around EUR 700m, and Lehman Brothers will conduct the auction. The sale includes UK-based publisher Nelson Thornes.
