Record company Sanctuary was is reported to be in talks regarding a potential takeover. Sanctuary's shares are currently not doing well at 38.5p, after a profit warning earlier in the year, and the company is valued at around £143m. Rumours are that Jon de Mol, a 20% stockholder, and Morgan Stanley have proved keen to acquire media targets in the past.
