AAC Capital Partners has put Fresh-Pak, a large supplier of fillings for the ready-made sandwich market, up for sale. Fresh-Pak is Europe's leading egg mayonnaise manufacturer and has sales of approximately £70m per annum. The company is thought to be worth in the vicinity of £40m.
