Sara Lee to explore options

Sara Lee will continue to explore options regarding the sale of Sara Lee Courtaulds, a UK-based division that manufactures private-label clothing for retailers. The division was not part of the just-announced sale of the company's European branded apparel. Sara Lee Courtaulds generated nearly USD 560m in sales in fiscal year 2005.
