Scoot.com, the financially stricken online directories company, is seeking a buyer for the remainder of its business after it sold Loot for a quarter of the £190m it paid for the profitable free advertising paper at the height of the Internet boom. Scoot UK could fetch £22m-£25m, according to analysts.
