Scottish Media Group plans to reduce its debt of £155m by selling off assets, and it is expected that recently appointed chief executive Rob Woodward will announce that Primesight, the poster-ad company which has already received two private-equity bids, will be the first to be sold. Primesight has been valued at approximately £60m by the offers. Other disposals are not expected to be announced until June.
