There have been reports that Rentokil Initial, the UK-listed business services company, is considering a number of disposals amid declining pre-tax profits. Swedish security fim Securitas and British Group 4 Securicor have both been tipped as potential buyers of Rentokil's electronic security operations, should the group decide to sell it. Rentokil Initial has a market value of £2.806bn.
