St Ives PLC ha acquired large format graphics producer Service Graphics Ltd for an initial £18m stg in cash, dependent on Service Graphics results for the year to end December. The initial sum depends on Service Graphics posting profit before interest, excluding one-time expenses, of more than £2.67m stg. An additional amount may also be paid to some director shareholders if Service Graphics reports a profit, before interest and excluding one-time expenses, of more than £2.97m stg for both 2007 and 2008 (y/e December). It has been said that the existing management will continue to run Service Graphics under the commercial products segment of St Ives.
