SimplySwitch, the private UK price comparison website, is for sale, according to rumours.uSwitch, sold for 30 times EBITDA and it is thought that SimplySwitch could sell for a similar multiple. SimplySwitch is owned by private investors and SimplySwitch employees, with funding from social venture capital firm Bridges Community Ventures, founded by Apax Partners and 3i. The company's turnover is £6m.
